Four Amish men are dead. Their families are grieving. Their community is shattered. And it didn’t have to happen.
They weren’t killed in a natural disaster or some unavoidable accident. No, these innocent Americans were wiped out on a quiet Indiana road because a 30-year-old illegal alien from Kyrgyzstan—yes, illegal—was behind the wheel of a semi-truck he never should have been driving in the first place.
His name is Bekzhan Beishekeev. He was let into the U.S. thanks to Joe Biden’s reckless CBP One app, a glorified “fast-pass” for illegal border crossers. Think of it like an Uber Eats order—except instead of delivering dinner, it delivers migrants straight into American neighborhoods.
On February 3, Beishekeev caused a head-on collision after swerving into oncoming traffic in Bryant, Indiana. Four Amish men in a van never made it home. Their non-Amish driver needed emergency surgery. And the man responsible? He barely looked fazed in his mugshot. Cold. Blank. No remorse.
This is not just a “tragedy.” This is a failure. A failure of Democrat immigration policy, a failure of state licensing, and a failure of basic government responsibility.
Pennsylvania, run by Democrat Governor Josh Shapiro, gave Beishekeev a non-domiciled commercial driver’s license in July 2025. Let that sink in: a man who wasn’t even legally supposed to be here was handed the keys to a multi-ton death machine. Why? Because he appeared “eligible” in a federal database that literally says it doesn’t determine eligibility. That’s like blaming your bathroom scale for your diet failing.
Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy didn’t mince words. “The Biden admin INVITED illegals like Bekzhan Beishekeev to flood our borders,” he posted. And he’s right. When states like Pennsylvania hand out CDLs like candy without verifying legal status, it’s not a mistake—it’s a policy. A deadly one.
Let’s be clear: the Trump administration is cleaning this mess up. In fact, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem launched a crackdown last October that removed 145 illegal truck drivers from Indiana roads alone. But the problem remains because blue states like Pennsylvania refuse to stop issuing licenses to people who have no legal right to be operating a tricycle in this country, let alone a semi.
And here’s the kicker: the Department of Transportation told Pennsylvania months ago that its licensing program violated federal safety laws. The feds even threatened to yank $75 million in funding unless they fixed it. Shapiro didn’t fix it. He ignored the warnings. And now, four Americans are dead.
This is what Democrat “compassion” gets us—unqualified, unvetted truck drivers barreling down our highways, while law-abiding citizens are left to hope and pray they make it home alive. The Amish don’t play politics. They don’t vote in blocs or lobby for handouts. They just want to live in peace. And now they’re burying their own because Democrats can’t be bothered to follow the law.
The Trump administration is doing what it can—deporting dangerous illegals, revoking unlawful CDLs, and forcing states to comply with federal safety rules. But this never should have been the federal government’s mess to clean up. States like Pennsylvania chose to gamble with American lives, and now the bill has come due.
So the next time a Democrat starts lecturing you about “inclusivity” and “equity,” tell them to save it. You can’t hug your kids with both hands on the wheel, looking over your shoulder for the next unlicensed driver who shouldn’t be there. Americans deserve better than this.
And in November, they’ll remember who put politics over public safety.
